Order Cancellation 

Please be aware, once an order is placed, we can't cancel the order, as it begins processing immediately; however, once your order arrives to you, you may reach out to our support team in order to start the return process. Once you return your order, we can process a refund!

At Teddy DogWear, we aim to deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Below is an overview of our shipping process and estimated delivery times.

Processing Time

Shipping Transit Times & Locations

We currently ship to Australia. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

• Australia: 2-7 business days

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays, customs processing, or carrier disruptions.

Shipping Carriers & Tracking

• We partner with reliable carriers to ensure fast and secure delivery.
• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status.

Shipping Costs

Order Issues & Lost Packages

• If you experience any issues with your order, such as delays or lost packages, please contact our support team at info@teddydogwear.com.au.
• If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbours or your local carrier before reaching out to us.

Undeliverable Packages:

Suppose a package cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer. In that case, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs incurred when reshipping the package.
